Change IP address of licensing server for RDP/TS

If the IP address of a licensing RDP/Terminal Server is changed, it needs to be updated in the Registry (otherwise, the server will produce an error that no license servers are available).

Open Registry Editor and navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services

Specify the new IP address in the LicenseServers entry
